Peters Food appoints James Osgood
Peters Food in South Wales has appointed James Osgood to the position of marketing director.
He will be responsible for all aspects of the marketing strategy including brand communication, NPD, packaging and a variety of media including online. The core of his role will be to grow the Peter's brand value and its reach both in retail and food service outlets.
Osgood said: "When the opportunity arose to join Peters Food it was too good a chance to miss. I'm joining at an exciting time and looking forward to being part of the team - the effort that goes in to Peter's products and service is exceptional and our brand will come to reflect that."
Osgood joins Peters Food after his role as marketing director at Reason where he worked on product & IP development. During his role as account director at Black Sheep he also worked on the rebranding of the Arts Council of Wales and Cadw consumer brand.
Recent business deals secured by Peters Food includes a multi-million-pound contract to supply Spar branded pastry products throughout Britain, and its new line of premium sausages is being stocked by retail giant Tesco.
