PFSPI Compact; Red Meat contains key information about finding and responding to public sector tenders, effective industry collaboration and the importance of responsible red meat sourcing.
Balanced nutrition and food safety are big concerns for local education and healthcare authorities, and the Bpex and Eblex guide is also designed to raise awareness of the red meat quality schemes.
The A5-sized booklet provides an overview of the nutritional benefits of red meat and offers concise information about halal meat production and certification, as well as information for procurement departments on where to find the best beef, lamb and pork specifications suited to public sector catering.
