Butcher’s taps into iPhone
An Australian butcher has embraced the digital revolution and is tapping into wealthy customers through the popular Apple iPhone.
Sydney-based Vic's Premium Quality Meat has created an application for the smart-phone called Ask The Butcher.
Those downloading the "app" will be able to request information on anything from what to have for dinner that night, how to cook a particular cut and diagrams on where the cuts come from on the animal.
It even features a timer to ensure your meat is cooked to perfection.
For those less up-to-speed on the latest in mobile communication technology, there's a more traditional website, www.askthebutcher.com.
