The SuperShapes gastronorm stainless steel pans supplied by the US company come in a choice of distinctly non-square shapes, including oval, kidney and curved, which fit in standard gastronorm holders, such as bains marie and refrigerated wells.
Distributed by Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM), the new SuperShapes open up a various possibilities for food presentation.
FEM marketing manager Mark Hogan said: "The pans look great and are as tough and hardwearing as any top-quality standard stainless steel gastronorm container. They allow caterers to liven up their food display for relatively little cost."
