Help at hand for flooring
Processors looking to update their facilities with ceramic or seamless flooring can choose either option with Kemtile.
Both flooring systems have their advantages, said the company. As a general rule, where existing floors have the correct drainage, Kemtile would recommend using Ucrete seamless flooring as it is more economical to install. If the existing floor is flat, then Kemtile would recommend Kagetec ceramic flooring, as the correct drainage can be incorporated into the work.
If it is anticipated that plant may be moved within the life of the floor then ceramic may again prove the best option, it added.
Kemtile claimed it lays more tiled floors in food factories every year than any other firm in the UK and it has been approved Ucrete applicators longer than any other company.
