QCL brings in remote control
QuadraChem Laboratories (QCL) has introduced a wireless temperature monitoring system, developed for the remote monitoring of temperatures in cold stores, incubators and freezers. The t-Scan 200 logs temperature data and, in the event of refrigeration failure, can sound an alarm to alert key personnel, reducing the risk of product loss.
The product removes the necessity for manual checking of multiple temperature recorders. Automated alarms provide instant alerts at the monitoring station, which can be automatically forwarded to key personnel by e-mail, pager or SMS.
Reporting functions can generate reports and graphs automatically or at the user's request, providing full audit trails for inspection authorities. An unlimited number of monitoring points can be installed, meaning t-Scan 200 can be customised to suit any size of business.
