TouchClean for fight against swine flu
Anti-bacterial coating TouchClean could help in the fight against swine flu in food preparation areas and factories by preventing an outbreak or putting a stop to the virus returning.
The coating, which is exclusively distributed in the UK by door handle manufacturer Dortrend International, can kill the swine flu virus on surfaces. Philip Dean, MD, said: "With the constant worry and development of swine flu during this year, we are working to educate establishments and sectors about how to protect their facilities from contracting or spreading any bacteria or virus."
He added: "Establishments are investing in anti-bacterial coating, after finding a 'deep clean' is not doing enough to kill bacteria."
