Interbake company takeover

 - Published:  04 September, 2009

Interbake, a bakery and catering equipment provider, which supplies butchers with ovens and meat processing machinery, has announced it has purchased Independent Bakery Equipment.

Interbake's David Dunne said: "Interbake wishes to bring to the attention of customers of Thomas Collins Vectair Ovens that it is now able to manufacture and supply new ovens, spare parts and after-sales service from its base in Edenfield, Ramsbottom. The range of new ovens can be fuelled by either gas or electricity and can accommodate either 9, 12 or 18 standard 30"x18" tray capacity. The Vectair range of ovens has always been renowned for their frugal use of energy and are very efficient and reliable."
