Not all butchers have the facilities to make pies in their shops, so buying-in is the next option.
Simple Simon has recently launched Spanish Chorizo Pie, containing Spanish chorizo, devilled black-eyed beans, soft goat's cheese, chilli peppers and tomato. It retails at £5.75. Simple Simon's Perfect Pies are prepared by award-winning pie-maker Bernard Alessi. They are sealed with their natural juices and encased in Alessi's puff pastry.
