Patrick Strainge, who runs a shop in Bampton, Oxfordshire, is well-known for his free-range meat that comes from his brothers' farms. But what else does Patrick sell?

"We sell a range of jars of jam, pickles and chutneys from a firm up in Cheshire (Farmhouse Products). We also sell local honey that has come from a few miles away, which is something not many people can get. It's icing on the cake really, it's that something extra. I am thinking about selling olive oil if we can get that locally and I did do a range of curries, but they didn't sell that well, especially as it's the summer months now.

"We also fill our own baguettes, such as Coronation Chicken and Tuna Crunch and sell crisps and drinks."
