Pearsons gets into the swing of things

 - Published:  07 August, 2009

Ian Danskin and the team at Pearsons of Ingleton in North Yorkshire joined forces with equipment supplier W R Wrights and seasonings producer RAPS UK for an NSPCC charity barbecue.

The village of Ingleton held a 1940s weekend recently, during which Pearsons held the barbecue outside its shop, with help from Steve and Rob from W R Wrights of Liverpool and Ian Mackway from RAPS UK.

Danskin said: "The barbecue was a great attraction over the weekend, selling over 800 burgers and award-winning sausage sandwiches to a packed village of locals and visitors, who tried lots of Pearsons' meats with RAPS UK marinades cooked by the boys from W R Wrights."
