Sourced market to open at St Pancras
A Sourced market is to open at St Pancras Station, offering a range of fresh produce, including sustainably sourced meat.
Sourced, which already creates fresh produce markets for music festivals, says that the new market in London’s transport hub will offer “an exciting range of produce that is fresh, seasonal, healthy, responsibly sourced and reasonably priced”.
The market’s produce will provide an outlet for the UK’s best small producers and will source locally where possible, with an emphasis on seasonal and organic produce. All meat will be free-range and produced to high standards of animal welfare.
Sourced will also be setting up a dedicated website so customers can pre-order food from the office and pick it up as they pass through the station on the way home.
