Stretch your takings

If a customer is buying meat from you for a special dinner, why not offer them the wine to buy as well, seeing that they might well be purchasing it somewhere else in the first place?

This brightly coloured and striking range, called Long Neck, is from South Africa. Distributed by Harvey-Miller Wine and Spirit Agencies, based in Dunfermline, the grapes that make up the Long Neck range, are grown in the sun of the south-western Cape and receive cool ocean breezes. The range includes two red, two white and one rosé and the wines are ideal for al fresco dining, said the company.
