Twin approach

 - Published:  10 July, 2009

The new HTS Twin Lane machine from packaging machinery maker Redpak is based on the concept of joining two P325 flow-wrappers together.

The idea was to produce a machine capable of handling high product throughput in factories and other packing environments where floor space is at an absolute premium.

Phase feeders in the HTS Twin Lane facilitate continuous high-speed top seal flow-wrapping and both packing lines operate independently from each other, allowing different products to be packed at different speeds simultaneously.

The HTS Twin Line comes in solid steel with either a painted or stainless steel finish. Electronic controls, with memory storage parameters for rapid product change-over, make for easy machine operation, said Redpak.
