Label variation
Bizerba has launched the GLM-i fully automatic C-Wrap labelling solution for automatic label application on a range of packs sizes and shapes.
This high-speed system has been designed to be space-efficient and flexible, enabling either C-Wrap or conventional top-label applications in one unit. The Bizerba GLM-i C-Wrap can be converted in a matter of seconds to either apply conventional labels to the top of the pack or, by refitting the quick-release C-Wrap plates, apply the more common 'three panel' label.
With a typical length of 250mm, a pack speed of between 55 and 60 packs per minute is achieved in C-Wrap mode; in standard operation, the device is specified at a maximum of 100 packs per minute.
