Ginger spice

Described as a light and fresh drink with a hint of ginger and citrus comes the Ginger Pale Ale from Little Valley Brewery.
It is said to make a delicious aperitif or accompaniment to a spicy meal, such as Indian or Chinese, and is the company's first ale to carry the Fairtrade mark.
The brewery, based in West Yorkshire, was set up by owner and master brewer Wim van der Spek, who is a Bavarian-qualified Master Brewer and has an MSc in food technology.
