Seasoning manufacturer The Dalesman Group has launched a new range of glazes and coaters for meat in time for the barbecue season for butchers and farm shops.
The range of flavours includes Chinese, Garden Mint, Garlic Butter, Hot & Spicy, Smokey BBQ and Peppersteak Coater, which contain natural colours and flavouring with no MSG.
A Dalesman spokesperson said: "The launch is being supported with posters and point-of-sale material to be used by retailers to build awareness of the product as summer approaches. Dalesman's extensive range of glazes and coaters are also available in 2.5kg, 10kg buckets and 25kg sacks for higher volume use by manufacturers and butchers."
Said to be easy to use, they are offered in boxes containing 10x85g sachets.
