Tulip appoints new innovation director
Tulip has stepped up its emphasis on new product development with the appointment of an innovatons director to deliver major new product projects.
Seamus Rooney was previously commercial director of Moy Park, has extensive food industry knowledge with experience in senior commercial, production, technical, sales and marketing roles.
Carsten Jakobsen, Tulip Group chairman, said: “Innovation has never been more important than now, consumer buying habits are changing and this appointment emphasises Tulip’s commitment to meeting the changing needs of consumers and in turn delivering a real point of difference for our customers.
“We are delighted to have attracted a candidate of Seamus’ caliber, I and the management
