EBLEX lamb festival approaching
The Make More of Lamb Festival aims to show retailers, caterers and their suppliers how to deliver excellent quality lamb dishes while keeping costs down.
The event, on Wednesday (10 June) at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire, will showcase work by EBLEX, demonstrating how to use more of the lamb carcase by exploiting a range of alternative, cheaper cuts, without compromising on quality or taste.
Butchery and chef demonstrations, presentations and interactive workshops will showcase the new cuts and explain how to get more value and maximise profit potential from the lamb carcase. A barbecue lunch will give guests the chance to try a range of dishes produced from the lamb cuts featured during the day.
