RWM is all steamed up
RWM Food Group has said it is so happy with its steam cooker from Union Food Machinery (UFM) that it has ordered another one.
The Somerset company bought a Mauting 4-trolley steam cooker from UFM, but demand for RWM's range of convenience sous-vide cooked meat has been high.The company, based near Langport, is increasing its offer to the wholesale meat market, with a new range of products.
RWM MD Graham Heffer said: "It was not a difficult choice to add to our existing oven supplied by UFM. They offer great value, high quality and good service. When purchasing our second oven, there was only one option." UFM is the sole UK agent for the Mauting range of meat ovens, smokers, chillers and associated products.
