New branding for old firms

Two long-established companies are trading under a new name.

Hamer International and HM Bennett, companies at the forefront of Welsh lamb production, are now trading as Randall Parker Foods. RPFG managing director Richard Field (pictured) said: "We've always had a wonderful trading relationship with the Welsh meat industry and our name change comes as we're consolidating exciting development plans for our Welsh businesses.

"Our flagship new depot in Bridgend is now up and running, allowing us to distribute a range of Welsh produce across south and mid-Wales. This includes our branded Welsh beef, Premier Cymru, a product that demonstrates our support and commitment to the Welsh industry."
