Weddel Swift has launched a new premium product under The Finer brand using selected duckling products from Silver Hill Foods.
Individual retail packs of Silver Hill's two award-winning products - honey-roast duckling and Chinese roast half-duckling with pancakes and hoi sin sauce - are among the premium quality products in the new range, all of which are aimed at top retail butchers and delicatessens. Products within the range have been strictly selected for consistent quality and overall taste and include Bleikers salmon, Snowdonia cheese and Denhay bacon.
Both Silver Hill products are pre-cooked for maximum convenience and can be simply reheated to produce a high quality meal. RRP for Silver Hill products is £4.99.
