Dipped 'n' Dusted

Dipped 'n' Dusted chicken from Plusfood comprises hand-cut and coated chicken breast for a home-made appearance.
The strips of prime chicken fillet, covered in a feather light coating, are available in four flavours.
They contain no MSG or flavour enhancers and are quick and easy to cook from frozen - deep fry for two-to-three minutes, shallow fry for five or six minutes or oven bake for 10 minutes.
