Sausage glow

With demand growingfor a wider range of sausage flavours, Essex-based Unbar Rothon has launched a new Autumn Glow line of sausage seasonings.

The products are aimed at independent butchers and sausage suppliers. The range for pork sausages features Cajun herb, red pepper and coriander, Caribbean-style and Thai style and are available in modest-size marketing packs.

Colin Mossman at Unbar Rothon said: "With the new range we have put together, it creates the opportunity for butchers to stamp their own individuality on the products they sell."
