It's that 'Friday Feeling'

A COLLECTION of easyto-cook pork midweek meals is being launched by the British Pig Executive (BPEX) to help families plan dishes they can share, recreating that 'Friday Feeling' any day of the week.

That 'Friday Feeling' booklet includes four meal ideas, all table-tested by mums to make sure they will appeal to all members of the family.

Product manager, Tina Mulholland, said: "We asked lots of mums and they said the Friday night take-away, where every member of the family gets to choose their own meal, is a great way to banish supper-time stress.

But take-aways can come a bit pricey so the recipes in this new booklet are great suggestions for easy-to-assemble meals the whole family will love and, using pork, means they are getting a healthy, low-fat meal full of essential nutrients."
