Liz Murphy, secretary general, International Meat Trade Association (IMTA), talks about her celebratory piece of Oz-style steak.

"One of the best steaks I've ever had was Australian fillet - full of flavour, succulent and tender - eaten surrounded by family and friends, in my garden celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary. I was extremely nervous about cooking it but it was beautiful! So often steak disappoints, but not this time. More please!"
