Burgers on the rise

Rising temperatures and rising beefburger sales went hand-in-hand in the four weeks to 13 August.

As sunshine brought out the barbecues the weight of burgers sold shot up by a massive 33% - an extra 2,513t compared with the same period in 2005, reports EBLEX.
