Beef clogging the system

Unsold beef is clogging up the distribution system due to the recent heatwave which has had a huge impact on the consumption of beef, the National Beef Association has said.

The association suggests that feeders should hold non-contract prime cattle and finished cows back from the market until the hot weather ends.
