Welsh spring into action

A SPRING recipe kit is being provided by Hybu Cig Cymru/Meat Promotion Wales (HCC) to all retailers in Wales. Its aim is to boost spring sales of Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef.
The kit focuses on recipes which are light, fresh and quick and easy to prepare. It also has posters and recipe booklets to help market the product.
A spokesperson for HCC said: "The recipe booklets embrace the natural, fresh elements of Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef as well as the versatility of the product."
Recipes include warm lamb bean and tomato salad and oriental beef with noodles.
