Pie range draws on experience
Twenty years of pie-making in restaurants has led Edward Moon Proper Pies to introduce a premium pie range along with other ready-made products, including quiches and tarts.
Products from the company based in Stratford-upon-Avon include the Eblex award-winning Spitfire Pie, which contains Herefordshire casseroled beef in a gravy with Shepherd Neame's Spitfire ale.
Other traditional flavours include minced beef and onion and meat and potato, plus recipes such as lamb Navarin, smoked haddock Florentine and Mogul buttered chicken.
