Christmas promotional kit for Welsh beef and lamb

All retailers in Wales will be supplied with the new promotional kit which comprises of posters, a window frieze and consumer recipes to help market the product.

The recipe booklet will be available at each of the shops participating in the promotion. Recipes featured include Roast Welsh Beef with Walnut, Thyme & Stilton Stuffing, Red Wine & Pomegranate glaze as well as Roast Welsh Lamb with sloe gin and redcurrant.

Graham Titchener, Marketing Executive for HCC, said: "These recipes will most definitely bring the best to the table during one of the most important occasions for family celebrations. These exciting roast recipes and accompaniments are full of flavour and texture, they are original yet easy to prepare".
