Online Guide to Red Meat

An interactive guide providing information about the red meat supply chain is available to access via the Red Meat Industry Forum's (RMIF) online facility.

It offers information for everyone including farmers, distributors, butchers, packers, retailers and even consumers wanting to know how to choose the right cut of meat and how to cook it.

It is especially useful to anyone new to the industry, not only as a reference tool for industry terms, but also as a guide through the complexities of where meat comes from to the different areas where it is consumed or used.
