Paragon expands team

Doncaster manufacturer Paragon Quality Foods is to appoint its first customer service manager after an expansion in sales.

Jo Bond has been promoted to the new management position after two years as sales officer co-ordinator.

Her principle duties for the burger, doner and chicken shish manufacturer are to ensure Paragon's high levels of service are enhanced, particuarly to buying groups and wholesalers with complex order and delivery requirements.

Bond will be reporting to managing director Metin Pekin and has been challenged to add a new dimension to Paragon's business with higher levels of customer contact, service and support.
