Becca Wilkins asks Richard Fagan Meat & Livestock Commission (MLC) food service development managerabout his best steak experience.

Richard Fagan, Meat & Livestock Commission (MLC) food service development manager, recalls a pork steak he ate on the Isle of Wight.

"The best steak I ever ate was a pork loin, which I enjoyed in the Royal London Yacht Club at Cowes.

"It was just the best ever - served with blue cheese and a salad.

"It was a fantastic eating experience - it was a perfect day and the steak came out lovely and warm, well-cooked, nice and succulent and still juicy in the middle."
