BHJ UK Protein Foods has strengthened its national sales team to meet growing national demand by appointing Tom Cooke as account manager.

BHJ UK Protein Foods, based in Tipton, West Midlands, is the largest manufacturer of meat protein products in the UK, developing a wide range of functional meat ingredients for use across the proc-essed meat sector. He will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers as well as developing new business primarily in the North and East of England.
