New at BHJ UK

THE NATIONAL sales team at meat protein product manufacturers BHJ UK Protein Foods has appointed Paul Smith as its new account manager.

The Tipton based company develops a wide range of functional meat ingredients for use across the processed meat sector.

Paul will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers as well as developing new business. He said: "I am delighted to join the sales team at BHJ and intend to build on my experience by working closely with BHJ's customers to develop the relationship further."

BHJ UK Protein Foods is part of international food manufacturing and marketing specialists BHJ A/S Denmark.
