Spelling Czech in meat safety
AN INCREASING overseas workforce in the meat and poultry industry has led the Meat Training Council in conjunction with Cranswick Country Foods to translate the Meat Safety Certificate into a seventh language.
Cranswick Country Foods requested and financed the Czech translation due to the large number of Czech speaking production staff.
The Meat Safety Certificate, available in Chinese, Farsi, Polish, Portuguese, Russian Ukrainian and Czech, is designed for all meat handlers in the meat and poultry industry to understand good meat safety practice.
