New hygiene technology

 - Published:  18 August, 2006

A company which originally developed cleaning and hygiene technology to stop the spread of hospital superbugs such as MRSA has launched a product range for use in the poultry industry.

Byotrol is launching a range of hygiene and disinfectant products for food under the name Microsphere. The company is launching six products that will enable food manufacturers to manage all areas of cleaning and hygiene.

The range includes a foaming hand mousse for personal hygiene; for treatment of surfaces there is a hand held trigger spray and disposable wipes impregnated with Byotrol; and for floors and surfaces there is a cleaner which produces a visible foam when applied, which helps to ensure cleaners do not miss any areas.
