Venison cookery demo in furniture showroom
Award-winning cookery writer, Maxine Clark got the taste buds tingling at the Clive Christian luxury Furniture Design Showroom in Edinburgh, as she demonstrated various ways to cook with Highland Game wild venison.
The evening consisted of two cookery demonstrations carried out by Clark, including how to prepare and cook award-winning Scottish wild venison, using recipes from her own cookery book 'Venison'.
A spokeswoman for Highland Game said the kitchen showrooms offered luxury catering facilities from the conventional cooker to the Aga perfect for demonstrating the versatility and ease of cooking Scottish Wild Venison.
As well as enjoying a fun night out, customers enjoyed sampling the venison recipes whilst wine merchants Corney and Barrow were on hand to offer wines to match the various dishes, the spokeswoman added.
