Highland Game are to host a venison evening in the unusual location of a Scottish luxury furniture showroom.

Highland Game is to host a venison evening in the unusual location of a Scottish luxury furniture showroom.

The evening will be held at Clive Christian's showroom on 1 March with cookery demonstrations by food writer Maxine Clark.

Clark will demonstrate how to prepare and cook Scottish wild venison, using recipes from her cookery book Venison in the working kitchens at Christian's showroom.

Those attending the demonstrations, which will be at 6pm and 8pm, can pick up tips from the professional, taste the dishes and take away recipe ideas.

Staff from Highland Game will also be available to answer questions and will distribute brochures, recipe cards and gift vouchers.
