Highland Game has launched a new Menu Club, featuring recipe cards and game boxes compiled by top chefs.

Highland Game has launched a new Menu Club, featuring recipe cards and game boxes compiled by top chefs; Michelin star chef Martin Wishart, Geoffrey Smeddle of The Peat Inn and Tom Lewis of Monachyle Mhor.

This latest venture aims to bring Highland Game's venison together with some of Scotland's best chefs in the hope of creating great new meal ideas to get consumers' taste buds tingling.

Everything required to make the meal is available in "box sets", with three dish ideas and recipes in each box. The box sets vary in price, ranging from £28.50 and £49.99 to a full 'Menu Club Collection' of all three dishes for £100.

The club kicks off this month with Martin Wishart's range of dishes followed by Geoffrey Smeddle in November and Tom Lewis over Christmas.
