QSM gets support from government caterer

One catering supplier to the Cabinet Office and the Home Office is making a switch from imported to QSM bacon.

By reviewing its purchase volume, the director of catering services was able to negotiate directly with one curer and has signed up to use QSM bacon that is also to be supplied to the Ministry of Defence.

The bacon will be clearly labelled as being fully quality-assured, giving those dining on the Cabinet Office estate confidence in its provenance. It will also be QSM pork, clearly identified as being from British Farm Assured Pigs.
