Scotch offer for diners

The Scotch Beef Club is supporting this year's Dine around Edinburgh event, which enables consumers throughout the capital to enjoy fixed price £15 two-course menus at 31 of the city's top restaurants from now until 28 February.

The Club is sponsoring the competition this year with a prize of two meals each week during the promotion, which can be taken at any participating restaurant, visit http://www.edinburghrestaurants.co.uk/competition for more details.

QMS marketing manager Margaret Stewart, said: "Our aim in doing this is to entice diners to sample some of Edinburgh's best restaurants and highlight the quality produce they use, particularly those in the Scotch Beef Club."

The Scotch Beef Club is an exclusive group of restaurants that sell and promote Scotch Beef, seven of the 31 restaurants taking part in Dine around Edinburgh are members.

Stac Polly on St Mary's Street

Stewart added: "It's excellent that so many of our members are taking part in this event, we're hoping that they will gain a whole new audience to experience the quality that comes from their commitment to local food of known provenance at the centre of which is Scotch Beef."
