BM's new meatball offer
Bernard Matthews is expanding its foodservice offer with the launch of lamb meatballs.
Alongside the new product, made using prime New Zealand lamb mince, Bernard Matthews Food Service has also revamped the recipe for its turkey meatballs to provide a healthier product.
The lamb meatballs, which the company claimed contains less than 185mg of sodium and 7g of fat per 50g oven-baked serving, offer a versatile meal ingredient component.
The changes to its turkey meatball recipe has seen the fat content reduced to 7g per 100g, when oven baked, and a sodium content of less than 400mg per 100g.
