Guild to host lecture at Foodex

The Worshipful Company of Butchers Guild is hosting one of its regular lectures at the Foodex Meatex Live Theatre at the NEC on Wednesday 9 April at 11am.

Chairman John Richardson will explain the role of the Guild then hand over to the guest lecturer, Paul Jose from the Red Meat Industry Forum who will set out to prove that continuous improvement techniques can work in the meat sector.

He will examine how this can be achieved across the supply chain, using four themes - Machine, Method, Material and Man.
