Cherry Valley picks up solid leads at IFE07
Specialist duck supplier, Cherry Valley said it had received interesting leads that would need further investigation following its display of value-added duck products aimed at the UK and Chinese foodservice markets at IFE this year.
There was added interest in the company's involvement with the duck sandwich demos, which were held in conjunction with the British Sandwich Association (BSA), in order to emphasise the use of duck in sandwiches and wraps.
Rod Burrows, Cherry Valley marketing manager, said: "The hourly demonstrations with the BSA have been very well received.
"On the product side of things, IFE has been the perfect venue to showcase our five new retail packs.
"The entire show has been a lot better for us as a company than two years ago."
