Celebrity chefs cook a treat for festival
The CHESTER Food and Drinks Festival will play host to celebrity chefs this Easter, including Thomasina Miers winner of Master Chef 2005, and television chefs Lesley Waters and Simon Rimmer.
Stephen Wundke, chairman of the Chester Food and Drink Festival, said: "It is a measure of how prestigious the festival has become that we can attract such world-class chefs."
The festival is organised on behalf of Chester City Council, with support from the Northwest Regional Development Agency, Visit Cheshire, Cheshire County Council, Made in Cheshire and North West Fine Foods.
A Food and Drink Awards event will take place on 18 April. Visitors to www.chesterfoodanddrink.com can continue to vote until the awards take place.
