Meat firms out in force
MORE THAN 20 companies and organisations will exhibit meat products at Hotelympia 2006, the UK's largest exhibition for foodservice and hospitality.
The event will be held between 19-23 February at ExCel in London and will feature innovative products in food, drink, interiors and essential equipment.
Exhibiting at the event will be a range of companies which will present meat products or meat-related information at the event including Aubrey Allen, HCC the Welsh Meat Promotion body, DBC Foodservice, Vin Sullivan Foods and Nigel Fredericks Ca-tering Butchers. Other companies include DBC Foodservice, Debono Limited, EG Fleischwarenfabrik, Germany, CMA UK, Invest Northern Ireland and Randall Parker Food Group.
Hotelympia attracts 45,836 attendees, including buyers from leading hotels, restaurants, contract caterers, pubs, bars, spas, leisure facilities and interiors companies. The exhibition provides a platform for companies to display new product developments and take a direct approach to marketing.
