Experienced hand at the helm

NEXT YEAR'S Royal Smithfield Show, staged by Haymarket Land Events, will be delivered with the direction of Geoff Burgess, an experienced figure in the agricultural engineering sector.

Responsible for the strategic and financial delivery of the show, Mr Burgess has 40 years in the agricultural engineering sector, working for organisations including Massey Ferguson, WrightRain, Kidd Farm Machinery and PJ Parmiter.

Haymarket Land Events appointed Mr Burgess due to his extensive industry experience combined with the fact that he has been Chief Executive of the Royal Smithfield Club for the last eight years.
