A nationwide supplier of refrigerators plans to become a major name in the industrial refrigeration industry, as efficiency becomes a number one concern.
Leicestershire firm WR Refrigeration, which has branches up and down the UK, aims to expand its operations in related industrial technologies, following years of experience in large-scale cooling with ammonia refrigeration, used in agriculture, and industrial process cooling.
The firm's branch in Spalding, Lincolnshire, is to become the hub of its industrial technology expertise, which will be rolled out to its network of branches nationally.
The new UK industrial operation will provide a range of services, from system design and specification to plant monitoring and data management.
